"I'm sick of getting galley copies and hard copies from PR firms or from publishers and no one even signs their name to the letter it's crazy so I demanded at Amazon that they let me sign all the galley copies," he says. "They printed about a thousand of them when I'm dead you might want to go on eBay and get your money out of this one as people are listening to you right now though on something simple sounding like signing a galley copy" He adds: "It's called personal ization so that the person feels connected before they even start to read."
