How to Make a New Email Address

Every time you buy something you put your email address in the start emailing you for the rest of your life. So I finally made a work email after four years and need to send it to everybody at our management company. Me personally, I'm sick of missing emails so never miss any email from any of you lovely people again. This is new and please only contact us for work stuff on this right?
