The Great Post-Wwi, the Great Reconstruction

Ukraine has been very badly battered in this war, but it's not as badly battered as the European continent was in 1945. You don't wait for the end of a war to start your post-war planning, near post-war rebuild. A lot of lessons were learned from the Second World War. Planning is well underway already for the infrastructure for housing. So I think we're going to see a spectacle in Ukraine after the war,. whether it ends this year or next year, which will be really quite inspiring.
