CNN's John Sutter asks whether we should be shocked if data breaches happen. He says banks and large tech firms are the most attractive targets for hackers. The response from Marriott to the breach is everything you expect, he says. But it was a real indictment of the company that they didn't do their due diligence on security before making an acquisition like Uber or other companies have done in the past.
