I Need Someone Internally Multivated

There's times i get so busy that i can't motivate the troops. And there's times i'll go a month and i can't say, hey, i just want to tell you thank you for the hard work. If someone's internally motivated, then i could go a whole month and not see him. When i seem like, hay, dean, and we'v accomplished some good stuff. Good to have you back. Rather than, well, i did all that stuff last month, and dean didn't even say thank youum, that's screwed up. No, i donav time for that. I much nicer than that.
