The Benefits of Macro Counting

We've given a pretty good fore and against the fact that for some people it's very beneficial others it's not so much. But if they've come really strict and it's been so restrictive that's not achievable in the long term. I'm not sure of what your thoughts are on macro counting or counting the carbs, proteins and fats and foods. For a lot of people it's just a step too far because it's too individual. Unless you know what your requirements are then actually you can get it really quite wrong.
