How to Foster Infant Industries in China

China is big enough that it can almost like play an infant interest industry game on a city to city or province to province level. So there was plenty of opportunity for individual places that already had a big industry going in auto to kind of serve as a little incubator and develop its own local EV players. I think industrial policy is sometimes, I don't look at it as wasteful. ILook at it as strategic. And when you want to achieve an objective, sometimes it's not going to be efficient. It may not be cheap or affordable, but you're still going to get the outcome you want.
