How Do You Deal With Unintentionally Deceiving Patients?
Sometimes I guess in both cases, I will gently challenge the patient. And just because the patient's not giving us direct answers to our questions and the way that we expect can be pertinent information for a treatment plan. So really, just asking some clarifying questions can be really helpful. Also, if someone says, you know, I'm sleeping horribly, ask some clarifying statements of like, well, what time you go into bed?
