Don't let him put her on antidepressants, which a lot of GPs do because they don't know what to do in their own. She must get some HRT. The government have implemented a plan where prescription can reduce your costs to less than £20 a year with multiple gels or patches or treatments. And you can constantly repeat that through the year and still only pay £20. It sounds to me like she is right on the edge of something that is going to be very difficult to handle on her own. But I do think she has to recognise that she has changed herself and hopefully she will recognise it.
