By the time you wrote blood sugar you were really like in yourself and just expressing your nervous system. I got out of the creative zone it was more about god damn it I'm gonna do shit that other people can't do. making just being creative in your own trippy way. You wouldn't have been able to as fully be yourself if you hadn't done all that stuff even though it sounds like it might have been painfulYeah no I don't even think I realized at the time how much because I'd spent so much time trying to to develop all types of techniques and understanding of polyrhythms.
