The Challenges of Satellite IoT

Satellite is still a little bit specialist. It costs more money to send a bite of data, 2,000 kilometers back then it costs to send it 150 meters to the nearest cell tower. B bandwidth and power are always an issue. The moment that the convergence in practice is limited to technology A alongside technology B we're doing more and more. For that to be a practical proposition that's economic and works well and scales, I think we're in the five to 10 year category rather than one to two.
