The Uniqueness of CBDC
CBDC is a new form of public money that's electronic and available to households. Many commentators have described CBDC as just a digital version of cash, which the project of my paper is trying to push back against. The point is to have, you know, digital, EGLE stamped dollar available to everyday households that you can hold in a digital lot or so on and so forth.
