Thought Is the Response of Memory

I would be more inclined to think that our human selfishness has more to do with wars and facts. Which is part of our thinking, me first and you second. So thought is the response of memory, otherwise if I have no memory, there is no thinking. Not memory as knowledge, experience. Isn't it possible in my thought to remember something good? Oh yes, which is still thought,. It is thought, which creates what is good, or it's opposite. Perhaps we're using the word thought in different ways, that's possible.
