The Legitimacy of the Hindutva Constitution
Hindutva right wing thinkers have argued in the past that this is a constitution made by liberal elites and doesn't represent what the people actually believe in or stand for. If you want to reach that vision you cannot do it through the existing constitutional means, says Ravi Agrawal. You need to convene another constituent assembly and do it which is how you can supersede the existing constitution because of certain kinds of provisions including the doctrine of basic structure. The courts will come to some kind of a judgment on these questions so i'm saying that there are many interesting or important constitutional questions that's take here which will be discussed.
