The vaccine program was launched as a national security defense against biological attacks on our country so they wanted to make sure that if the Russians attacked us with anthrax or some other biological agent we could quickly formulate a vaccine and administer it to 200 million Americans civilians. Vaccines are exempt from safety testing and that is a historical art of act that has to do with CDC's legacy is the public health service. They couldn't find anybody in the world any healthy child who died in the world from covid so why would we give this to healthy children well and they're they're high risk.
