"It's actually takes a lot of courage for many pastors or authors or speakers or whatever to step out and try to tackle this," she says. "If we keep being shot at for mistakes even if they're you know well-intentioned people are going to back out of this space." She adds that the call-out culture may be too trigger-happy but it can also encourage really non-Christian kind of approaches to these sensitive topics.
