Is There a One Pointed Training?

I do both some basic yoga and some spontaneous qigong where you actually go first into recognition of awareness and then simultaneous mind. And then let your body start to move whatever way it wants. So I almost like let the intelligence of awareness lead the way, but if you find like you have a tight body or distracted mind, the basic principle is soothe the body and the mind enough to access the awareness. It will then soothe thebody and the mind to the next level and actually go to the root of what is causing the body andthe mind to be contracted and suffer.
