How to Ask Better Questions

In order to ask a good question, you need new insights and new data. And there are really two principal ways of getting to those insights that cause you to ask a question that you might not otherwise have asked. One is that you hear something coming from somebody else. The other is by asking open-ended questions like "What does the future hold for us?"
