The Civil War Battles of Arlington

The federal government sells Arlington for basically failure to pay taxes during the war. Robert E. Lee's relatives and friends in the North will actually try to make an effort to pay the taxes on his behalf. After Lee's death as a Supreme Court case where the Supreme Court will say the seizure of Arlington was incorrect, George Washington cusses Lee after he has of course promised not to unearth the bodies that have been buried on the property.
