Was It a Technical Achievement?

As a senior artist at ea prior to my first job, i got to dabble in a few different areas of character eloment. I was able to bring in weaves and scanning them in so that our characters braids looked te realistic. That was sort of me kind of just starting to know that i could sneak in my ideas here if they're not necessarily planned for. And then also as a leader, someone who naturally wants to speak for others andad look out for others. For me it's always come down too, like, how can i make it better for someone who's behind me or alongside me in the trenches?
