The First Charges Layn Against a Decentralized Crypto Exchange

This story partially caught my attention because the government referred to it as a first of its kind. And I think what they mean when they say that is that it is the first charges laid concerning the hack of a specifically decentralized crypto exchange. But I don't see how this is different from, you know, exploiting the polling network or Ronin which was like that sort of video game where the North Koreans stole a lot of crypto. So, yeah, honestly, I don't know exactly what the DOJ meant here.
