The Importance of Being a Change Maker
Rise to the dio was a rallying cry for people about like had the power of design so if you fast forward the book that i'm doing now change makers that just came out in january it's almost like a sliver of the dio that change agent on steroids. Being a change maker is at any level of the organization it's a mindset and a strategy. A lot of people have this relentless focus on the customer or the product or whatever they're doing we don't do as good as a job paying attention to our peers or our bosses, he says.
