I was still an anxious person and we did 30 minutes together I've total hypnosis so so one was 15 minutes and we we removed all the anxiety she said what I do with this. The confidence that was always there it was always available to her but she was able to believe and experience it and know it because now it was her identity. She recorded a video about four days after um but that those sessions had completed and she didn't send it to me for a month because she said yeah this time feeling of four days in but give it a couple more weeks give it a month So I'm feeling I still get updates from her you know it's been another couple of months since
