And he was absolutely adamant that he was not going to give me a number. So I came in at a very low value because I just said, well, this is your asset value. He's like, obviously, oh no, that's way off. That was the number I stuck with all the way through. And we agreed that number. The next plan was to go down and sign heads of terms. But they didn't actually sign those heads of terms until December, 2021 in the end
