Sen. Kennedy says he doesn't understand why ticket buyers can't resell their tickets. Ticketmaster: We believe it's good for consumers because they could buy all of those tickets rather than having what is often 20 to 30% of concert tickets purchased by scalpers using bots and put on the secondary market directly. "Non-transferability would mean that the Raiders and the Chargers would sell me tickets to all their games, which I'm contractually obligated to buy from Ticketmaster," Senator Kennedy said.
