Stir Frying

There are a million different walks out there, but only a carbon steel walk, fitz is the pan that you need. A stainless deal, anadized aluminum, it's just crap. You're really wasting your money. And for sure, a non stick walk only belongs in garbage can. It is not intended for chinese cooking and never stir frying. So please give that money to chinatownand a walk shouldn't cost you more than 35 dollars, and it will last you more than a lifetime. There's nothing in the world like it. Nothing.
