Do You Have a Stress Cycle?

The way we deal with stress often has nothing to do with the stresser, but how we're actually dealing with the physical manifestations of stress. It's doing exercise, its meditating, all those self care things, its human touch, its sex,. Those are the things we have to call completing the stress cycle. And in terms of evolution, you know, so much of our stress cycle was triggered because we were going to be eaten by a bear. So it's due whatever you need to do to to discharge that emotion.
