The Importance of Playing Games

Smoke and Mary's is an idiom for deceptive, fraudulent, and substantial explanation description. I've heard that so many times in programming scenarios that I never really stopped to think about what the term actually means or what it came from. One example recently, this American Light did a great episode on the things really going behind the magic tricks and focusing specifically on the Smoke and the mirrors. They mentioned the 80s event where David Copperfield made the Statue of Liberty disappear on live TV.
