How I Learned About Napro Technology
I had never heard of Napro technology, which is it stands for natural, pro-creative technology. There are amazing natural family planning methods that are based on mucus findings and really looking at your cycle. It's really an amazing opportunity to be able to identify exactly where you're ovulating or if you have hormonal dysfunction. But you weren't taught any of this when we were in residency.
