I Have a Hard Time Going to Sleep, I've Lost It.
Sama: I have a hard time going to sleep and it's a call it monkey brain or whatever you want, but now I get to blame it on a gene. My wife can instantaneously go to sleep. She has no sleep latency. Sama: In the evening, low intensity exercise, walking, stretching, yoga, boosts BDNF levels and the evening sauna. If you don't get your sunlight and vitamin D in the first 20 minutes, your day is not going to be the same because you need to start the clock.
