Tom Givens has been a CrossFit coach for the past seven years. He says he learned how to make himself tire faster by doing barbell training. After getting his certification in 2011, Tom started coaching people who were interested in starting their own weightlifting program. His latest project is teaching jujitsu and self-defense on the side of his day job.
