i'm not going to lie, when i did thes three good things practice, i didn't give the event a title. And i was like, this tisise weird for me, and it still seemed to work out. The idea of these steps is a couplefold. One is there is sort of a sensible, almost nerocience. This helps people get an image or a structure of the experience.
