Is It a Four Day Week for Marketing?
It's about communicating why you're doing it. And also, i suppose, insuring that you actually do work it. On my fifth day, i normally organize to go on a bit ride with one of my er clients. Or thatll be the day i'll go out for a networking lunchs me. But as a founder, i often find that very hard, and it's very different. If all the managers are seen to be working, then it's just... It's not a four day week for culture. Not let's two thirds % and see what happens. It's a hundred% or nothing. Thanks for sharing your advice nonover.
