All our organs run off a circadian rhythm. When the sun rise or the sun rays hit certain foods, certain plant materials, or animals at certain angles, then that is the most oftinable time for us to eat. So fruit should be eaten in the early part of the day first, think. And then one to three in the afternoon wouldd be the shunt to that where you do the opposite.
