Are the CRT Bills Consistent With the Constitution?
There seems to be momentum there that I haven't seen in years past. They're concerned about what students are learning, and it's legitimate to have those concerns. The question is whether or not the particular way that they've decided to go about trying to address their concerns are consistent with the constitutional ideals of free speech. It ought to be regarded as a sensible disagreement, but wasn't always. There's nothing new under the sun.
