Yen: I think a lot of people got by with really awesome paying jobs where they didn't have to work that hard, just because they were good at the imperson game. And if it is true that pact matters more than, say, ours in the office, or how good you network with people, that means that those people with those skills are likely not going to be quite as good in the remote world. People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
