The Effect of the Pandemic on Apparel Sales

Last year, apparel was a real source spot in terms of the goods that Walmart and Target had to discount pretty heavily. And now they either don't need those goods as much or they're kind of willing to wait a while before buying them. So looking at apparel, that is going to be another area this year where probably a lot of consumers are going to say, maybe I can wait another few months before buying that pair of jeans or buying that blouse.
