Is There a Vizceral Experience?

The last category is the one I'm like most unclear about and it feels like very Eastern and it felt like traditional enlightenment. So these people talked about very similar things to the other categories, but there was an additional emphasis on like specific actions that are necessary. These people were more likely to be like, you have to meditate, you know, this amount of time they are referring to reincarnation or the Buddha. It reminded me a little bit of like a religious pen. And I don't really understand this one very well because I spent almost no time around very traditional people in this regard.
