Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, roll over in bed and make your way to standing up. Today is the day to take extra good care of our bodies because our health is our lifeline. In today's meditation, we'll be repeating a mantra. And that mantra will be, Today is the Day. Repeating this phrase will train your brain to reach farther than you are used to,. To expect more of yourself and to seize this day. Tomorrow is uncertain. So today is the day, my friends. It has to be.
