Nicola tesla came to the United States with little more than four cents in his pocket. He would later estimate he could have been worth millions, but it was never about the money for him. The benefits that will come to civilization from my a c system means more to me than the money involved. Despite the d c propaganda to the contrary, alternating current can be used safely and delivers across a power system better than direct current. But determined as alva is, he can see that the current is turning against him.
