The Partisan Deadlock on Emigration Isn't a Policy Position
Politicians have seen emigration through this sort of partisan lens throughout american history. Both sides have been trying to change the emigration regime to their partisan or policy favor for a long time, and both have failed. I am not terrified by emmigration. But at the same time, whatever the number is, even if it's a time out, i'm also open to the idea of having an emigration time-out. And so o, now have a policy. Enforce that policy, ove you can do the batting and hitting of just sort of of enforcing areal emigration policy that rewards people who follow rules.
