The logic of the arguments for school choice have been clearer than ever. The federal government allocated at least a hundred and 90 billion dollars to cate the twelfth education, extra in addition to the fifteenth or 16 thousand that they were already spending per child. Education is not going to matter without incentives to spend that money wisely. And the best way to provide those incentives is to direct the money directly to the parents so that they can vote with their feet. It will give true bottom accountability for schools to listen to them and to do a better job.
