Raph: The skill set you need to be effective not just in opposition but often just sort of clambering up the Westminster ladder is very different. And I think partly this because we don't have any separation of powers there's all sorts of reasons why it might be the case that someone can be a can be very very good at politics in a particular way but not actually at all qualified to run a department and implement really really complicated policy. So I hope that Kierstammer will consider very seriously who should be the best secretaries of state.
