CNS Effects and Dosage Reduction

CNS effects can be changes in cognitive function mood speech and very rarely psychotic events such as hallucinations. Risk factors include prior brain radiotherapy pre-existing psychiatric disorders and the use of neurotrophic medications. Patients who have dose reductions from 100 milligrams to 75 milligrams do just as well in the brain as patients who don't, according to a study by Dr Dagogo Jack.
