The Pragmatist, the Idealist and the Opportunist

Gacha gasa: In your book, you break down employees into three archetypes. The pragmatist is at the lowest level of an organization; they make us deal with the organization. The idealist is somebody that really believes in sort of the mythology and the theory of the organize. And then the opportunist is the person or people who are kind of destined for the top of the organization. Gacha Gasa: How can someone tell what each archetype means?
