Are You Trying to Go Around a Creature?

M, the thing was pitch black. Its arms were extremely long, like, weight longer than a normal human being should be. The only thing that i thought about was just going straight. And at that point, i think i was already too close. I didn't want to turn back or start back and away in stuff.
