How to Manage Layoffs Effectively

When you see people get slammed for layoffs, there's a wide variety of things that people do wrong. When the people are losing their jobs, they are immediately having thoughts about themselves. I think the only macro thing to do wrong is talk about yourself. You can explain in a most skeleton way you're thinking. But that is all you should do that references yourself at all in any fucking way. The darkest moment was unexpectedly light when we added 10 new employees and started building our marketplace.
