The President and Speaker Reach a Deal After Weeks of Marathon Negotiations
President Obama and House Speaker McCarthy reached a deal to raise the debt ceiling. The two sides have been in negotiations for more than three weeks. NBC's Kristen Whitaker, Ali Raffa and Julie Serkin are covering this from both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. They say it might be just as hard getting an agreement through Congress if not harder.
