The Levinson Act and the US Government's Decision to Release Vladimir Putin
Vladimir Magnitsky was detained under the Levinson Act. He is one of three people held in Russia who have not yet been released. The other two are Paul Wayland and Evan Gerskowitz, a Wall Street Journal reporter. CNN's John Defterios met with members of Congress to push for their release.
