Are You a Team Athlete?

I wouldn't say that you necessarily need to be a team athlete in order to be successful in a team culture. In recruiting, there's a higher likelihood that the team athlete is going to be a better culture fit than the non athlete. I think what team sports teaches you is know your role and own it. So don't focus on being a leader. Focus on moving the needle within your role," she says.
